" Situated in the heart of Bovingdon Village, this characterful period cottage is presented in good condition and has the additional benefit of a good size garage, accessed from the pretty, private rear garden. Entered through the front door, the sitting room is carpeted and also has a working fireplace and a built-in dresser. The kitchen has a range of oak fronted units with granite pattern laminate surfaces with tiled splashbacks, a gas hob, with an electric oven under, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer. A stable door leads to the rear patio and garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a recently re-fitted modern bathroom, which has an over bath shower, basin and WC. There is an airing cupboard and a hatch to the loft. The cottage has latched doors and gas central heating throughout.

Situation
Bovingdon is a pretty village with a fine range of amenities including shops, a library, churches, restaurants, post office, pubs, nursery, doctors, dentist, infant and junior schools. Hemel Hempstead station is 2.6 miles away, with main line services to Euston, and Metropolitan and Chiltern lines are available from Chalfont and Latimer. There is an abundance of sporting activities nearby with several golf courses as well as walking and riding routes through local countryside. There are also the health resorts of Champneys in Tring and the exclusive Grove Country Club in Watford. The area has a selection of good schools, both state and private.
