The Flat : 

Located in the heart of the historic but vibrant Chiltern town of Princes Risborough, only a short  walk from the Chiltern Railway line train station to London Marylebone with its good commuter service; this is an ideally situated two bedroom ground floor purpose built flat. 

The flat is situated in a two storey brick finished building constructed in the 1980's in the style of a house. There are a total of eight flats in the block which is efficiently/effectively managed. It is well cared for building with a shared garden.  

This ground floor flat shares its own entryphone controlled front door/reception porch with only one other flat; providing increased privacy and a quiet homely feeling from the moment you arrive.

Princes Risborough is a thriving market town with a range of local, national and specialised retail outlets which include a Tesco, M&S Foodhall, Costa  Coffee and WHSmith. It boasts a host of  cultural and sporting activities and facilities which include a gym and pool complex, local sports teams, active music, art and cultural clubs.

There are doctors surgeries, dentists and a library all situated along the High Street and within walking distance of the flat. There are an impressive range of restaurants, wine bar, pubs, places of worship and social events to cover all types of interests. 

Good public transport is available with local subsidized " hop on" bus, bus routes to High Wycombe, Aylesbury and surrounding areas and the Chiltern LIne train routes.
