" This extended and spacious three bedroom detached family home in the Grove area of Tring, is set back from the road in a convenient location close to Tring High Street and local schools.

The property benefits from an entrance porch leading to the entrance hallway with stairs to the first floor and doorway to the living room. The generous size living room has a large window to the front aspect and doors to the second reception room/office and kitchen. The extended kitchen/diner is the `hub` of the home with part underfloor heating and a warm and inviting feel. It is fitted with a range of wall and base units with wooden worktops over and tiled floor. The central island houses the sink unit plus there is a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven. The dining/family end of this room has multiple sky lights and patio doors opening out onto the rear garden, making this room particularly light and airy. A doorway leads to the separate utility room with further storage units, space for washing appliances and a convenient door leading to the outside.

Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms, the master with en suite bathroom plus fitted wardrobes and a luxurious, fully tiled three piece family bathroom suite.

Tring is a pretty market town on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, mentioned in 1086 in the Doomsday book. The town offers a wide range of recreational facilities, including a branch of the Natural History Museum, the Grand Union Canal, and various sporting activities. For commuters, Tring station provides a regular train service to London Euston in around 40 minutes. Alternatively, nearby Wendover provides a regular service to Marylebone in around 50 minutes. Road links nearby include the A41, which provides dual carriageway access direct to the M25 (J20).
