" DESCRIPTION
The house is located within the pleasant Lavender Grange development, a short walk from the town centre and local amenities very nearby.
At the entrance is a porch canopy that has a courtesy light and the door opens into a comfortable sitting room. The staircase is in the corner, the room has grey oak effect laminate flooring, a front aspect, and a storage cupboard. In the kitchen are white hi-gloss units and laminate worksurfaces incorporating a stainless steel sink and mixer tap. Integrated is an oven and gas hob above which is an extractor hood. Spaces are provided for a fridgefreezer and washing machine (plumbing in situ).
Upstairs are a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and the airing cupboard, and then a nicely fitted bathroom.

OUTSIDE
The front and side garden is gravelled and on the street is an allocated parking space. The boiler cupboard is by the front door and the house sits adjacent a green.
