" DESCRIPTION Frederick Street comprises predominantly of Edwardian and Victorian houses, number 30 is a typical example of the latter which has retained a lot of character and is very attractively presented. The elevations are red brick under a slate roof with upvc double glazed windows, the front in a sash style. There are two reception rooms separated by the staircase both with fireplaces and wood floors, the sitting room enjoys an open working period fireplace in a timber surround having tiled slips and slate hearth whilst the dining room houses a multi fuel cast iron stove. The dining room is pretty much open plan to the kitchen, it is the only one the agent has seen of this design and it provides an excellent feeling of space and light. In the kitchen itself are white wooden units and slate effect worktops, there are integrated Bosch appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and gas hob which has an extractor hood above. There is downlighting and a handsome black and terracotta quarry tiled floor. Beyond is a utility hall accommodating the boiler, there is plumbing for a washing machine and shelf for a freezer or tumble dryer. The shower room has a white suite of wc and wash basin, a terracotta floor, tiled walls, dual fuel heated towel rail and double width cubicle with an Aqualisa power shower. Upstairs are three rooms, two interconnecting all of course could be bedrooms certainly two are doubles and if not the third would be a study, nursery or possibly dressing room. The house also has a large loft area and many if not most of the other similar properties in the street have converted the space into a further room. OUTSIDE The front is given to parking and can fit two vehicles. There is a covered passageway to the rear where a pretty garden can be found that?s paved in stone and brick sets with mature borders filled with flowers and shrubs. At the end is a summerhouse and the outside has lights, power points and a tap.
