A substantial detached character family house enjoying a semi rural location standing in a plot of about one third of an acre enjoying fabulous Chiltern views to the rear. Built in the 1920's and fitted to a very high standard offering four double bedrooms, two en suites, three reception rooms and double garage.

DESCRIPTION: Amherst House was built in the 1920โ€™s and is now fitted and presented to a very high standard and offers well proportioned light and airy family accommodation. To the first floor are four double bedrooms two of which have En-Suites and a family bathroom and to the ground floor are three generous reception rooms all of which have double doors opening to the rear garden. For the rail commuter there are main line stations for Marylebone at Wendover Stoke Mandeville or Princes Risborough together with a local halt at little Kimble which is only about one mile away. There are schools for all ages within easy reach of the property including the renowned Grammar Schools in Aylesbury. Local shops are available in Wendover and Princes Risborough and a little further away there are the multiple shopping centres of Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
