" A well-proportioned home offering light, adaptable and versatile accommodation, extended and remodelled over the years and now providing almost 3,000 sq ft. Period features include attractive parquet flooring and a dado rail. The spacious entrance hall provides access to the principal reception rooms. The kitchen breakfast room is a wonderful open space opening onto the conservatory with underfloor heating. Leading off the kitchen is the utility room. The sitting room enjoys an open fire place with an attractive stone surround and opens to the dining room. Double doors lead to the rear garden. Situated at the front of the property, the part-vaulted family room is light, thanks to large windows. This house lends itself to home working as it has a study. Further office space could be created on the first floor by setting aside one of the bedrooms. The ground floor double bedroom with en suite shower room is ideal as guest or au pair accommodation. The village also offers renowned primary and middle schools. The main line station to London Marylebone from Gt Missenden takes approx. 39 minutes with the Tube accessible at Amersham
