" This is an impressive and pleasing detached family home. It has been tastefully finished by the current owners and makes the most of space and natural light. Overlooking the rear garden, the kitchen is fitted with matt white units, granite worktops with an integrated electric hob, two ovens, a fridge and plumbed space for a dishwasher. The integrated freezer and washing machine are close at hand in the adjoining utility area whilst the tumble dryer is in the garage.   On the other side of the kitchen lies the open-plan dining room with double doors to the garden as well as doors to the conservatory. To the front of the house is the sittingreception room with a bay window.
Rising to the first floor there are four bedrooms. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with power shower whilst the other three are served by the family bathroom with power shower over the bath. One of these bedrooms is currently used as an office and the other two benefit from built-in wardrobes. The property is of a high quality with contemporary decor.

Situation
New Road has long been a sought-after private road with access to Great Missenden just under 1.5 miles away. The villages of Little Kingshill and Great Missenden offer superb schooling and are a major draw to the area, with Buckinghamshire operating under the popular grammar school system. Great Missenden offers specialised shopping, a supermarket and several pubs and restaurants as well as a mainline station to London Marylebone (approximately 40 minutes fast train).
