" Beautifully presented with a modern flair, the current owner has thoughtfully improved and redecorated the property from when it was built in 2002. As you enter the wide hallway, there is a WC, two deep store cupboards and stairs rising to the second floor. The 19ft Sitting Room features a lovely Limestone fireplace with gas effect fire and is of a double aspect with bay window and double French doors out to the garden. There is an open archway to the Dining Room which could be easily closed off to create a separate room. The Kitchen Breakfast Room is fully fitted with wood veneer fronted base and eye level units, Stainless steel oven, hob and extractor plus built in dishwasher and fridge freezer.
