Follow this road passing Slades luxury car garage on the left and pass Penn Common & the pond and continue forward. Pass Hazlemere Golf Club on the right and upon reaching Hazlemere crossroads turn left onto the A404 (signposted High Wycombe). After some distance turn left into Magnolia Dene. Continue passing Spruce Dene (on the left) and after a short time turn right into a drive serving just 5 properties. No 30 is the third property from the end.
