DIRECTIONS
From High Wycombe Town Centre proceed up Marlow Hill and upon reaching the top of the hill follow the road round to the right, continuing onto Marlow Road. Proceed over the next mini roundabout and turn right onto Cressex Road. Follow the road to the traffic lights and upon reaching the next roundabout take the third exit onto New Road. Take the second turning on the left onto Ferniefields and then turn right onto Ash Road where the property can be found on the first walkway on the right hand side.
