Heath Park in St. John s Road Boxmoor comprises of a development of fourteen one and two bedroom stylish apartments. To ensure a comfortable environment in this central location, the apartments benefit from a heat recovery ventilation system extracting from bathrooms and kitchens and providing fresh air to living and bedrooms. The apartments are fitted with under floor heating throughout. Heath Park has been tastefully furnished with a contemporary feel, the quality of fittings are superior with few apartments of comparable specification currently being offered in the area.

The Boxmoor suburb of Hemel Hempstead is characterized by several hundred acres of common land given to the Boxmoor Trust by Robert Earl of Leicester. The land is bisected by the Grand Union Canal and the River Gade offering picturesque walks within a short distance from Heath Park.

The moor is also home to the annual Steam Fair and the Music on the Moor concerts. The new Hemel Hempstead shopping precinct is close to the site and boasts a Debenhams department store, coffee shops and restaurants supplementing a wide range of established bars and eateries around the town centre. The large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes can be converted to a twin. It has an en-suite bathroom with a power shower over the bath. There is also a separate bathroom leading off the hallway.

Parking for the property is secure with entry obtained via a remote controlled sliding gate.
