" I wish I could go speed dating because I would love a new partner, someone to look after me, to cherish me and someone that will come home to me every night. My Current owner is moving onto the next chapter of his life and I want to move onto mine. I've got a lovely big lounge, kitchen with room for a small table, two double bedrooms and bathroom, including bath with shower over. I've recently had a new combi boiler fitted and a lovely new front door.

Outside my path and drive in front of my garage have all been beautifully blocked paved and out the back in my south facing garden I have a patio with room to sit and enjoy the sun whilst having a well earned cappuccino or enjoy laying on the lawn. I'm close to Cow Dyke Beck and my current owner likes to take his dog for a walk there as it's nice and close by.

I'm not far from Primary School or Nursery and a Co-op supermarket. The bus into town passes about 30 yards from me and there's a childs play park not far away.

Why not come on a date and see if you'd like to be my next new partner, it would be lovely having you under my roof and I'm sure we would live happily ever after! Come see me soon.
