" Having been well maintained by the current owner this 3 bed property will make a lovely family home with some cosmetic modernisation. Set on a quiet residential street amongst similar family homes the property is just a short walk from Netherton village, the local school and amenities. This semi rural village is just a short drive from Huddersfield with good access to the towns and villages of the Holme and Colne Valley.

The property comprises of a front entrance with good sized hallway and access to the downstairs accommodation and stairs to the first floor. Off the hall is a good sized lounge with a pleasant bay window to the front elevation providing a light and airy room. There is a fireplace and electric fire, plus large radiator, ceiling pendant light and lights to the alcoves either side of the chimney breast. At the end of the hall is the 2nd reception roomdining room and the kitchen which both overlook the rear garden. The kitchen requires modernisation but is well fitted out with an array of wall and base units, integrated oven and hob plus plumbing for a washer. There is a side external door onto the drive and there is an under stairs storage cupboard plus further storage in the hall.
