" Only by internal inspection can one truly appreciate the deceptive nature of this family home. Situated in one of Huddersfield's most popular postcodes within a short distance of recommended local schooling. The property has been extended by the current owners and offers open plan living to the ground floor incorporating kitchen with integrated appliances, dining area, sitting area, separate lounge and adjoining garage with utility. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are of a particularly good size and contemporary style house bathroom. The property enjoys matching oak panel doors throughout.

Externally there is a lawned garden with mature borders to the front whilst a tarmac driveway leads to the aforementioned integral garage.
