" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Now available for viewing is this two bedroomed end terrace located on a quiet road in the popular residential area of Marsh. Positioned within a short walking distance of Marsh centre and all the conveniences it has to offer. The properties close proximity to the town centre, local parks and the hospital make this property a great purchase for first time buyers or investors.

Although the property would benefit from some modernisation it still features a modern combination boiler, double glazed windows and does have new carpets throughout.

The property can be entered from either the front or rear. At the front, a vestibule provides an ideal place to remove shoes and coats on a rainy day. It also holds heat in the house.

The living room, situated to the front of the house, is an excellent size and allows place for plenty of living room furniture. A gas fire with wooden surround provides a focal point and a large window to the front elevation allows for plenty of natural light.

At the rear of the property is the kitchen. Although this space would benefit from some modernisation it is fully serviceable and the space offered is excellent.
