" This larger than average home three bedroom home in Wingfield Way is spacious and bright in its current form and has great potential to be turned into a larger family home. Offered to the market in fantastic condition with a large garden and scope for extension.

Directions From our Ruislip Manor office turn left and continue to roundabout, take the third exit on to Cornwall Road. At the end turn right onto Torrington Road and go through the width restriction. At the end turn left onto West End Road. Continue down West End Road passed RAF Northolt, continue over the traffic lights and take the next right which will lead you into Wingfield Way. Situation Wingfield Way is just off West End Road which is a popular residential road that runs through the heart of South Ruislip and is in close proximity to Ruislip with its array of shops and restaurants. These include Marks and Spencers, Waitrose, Pizza Express, Zaza and Cafe Rouge. There are a number of tube stations offering a reliable service into The City, West End and Baker Street via either Metropolitan / Piccadilly line from Ruislip station. Alternatively South Ruislip station is serviced by both tube and train lines into Marylebone Station in just 25 minutes, with regular trains every 15 minutes. For families, there are a number of highly regarded schools that cater for children of all ages within close proximity including Ruislip Gardens, Ruislip High or Queensmead.
