The semi-detached unfurnished property is divided into bright and spacious living areas. The entrance hall extends from the front door to the back door and leads into the lounge and dining room, the kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom and a walk-in storage cupboard. The two downstairs reception rooms are connected by an archway, the lounge (3.10x4.00 m) and the dining room (2.70x3m)  both with parquet flooring throughout.  The kitchen (2.30x3m) is fitted with new white gloss units, an electric glass hob and a single oven.

Upstairs are two large double bedrooms (3x4m approx) and a smaller bedroom

(2.35x2.60m). Two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and there is another walk-in storage area off the upstairs landing. The family bathroom (1.80x2.35) is fitted with new white gloss units and a bath with shower attachment.
