" The owners have enjoyed this beautiful detached Victorian cottage for the past thirty years and have altered the accommodation to create a lovely home. The 'wow' factor has to be the stunning views from many windows over Bourne Woods with its elevated position. The accommodation is larger than its outward appearance would suggest but there is still lots of scope to extend, subject to planning. Our clients have taken the trouble to have some POSSIBLE EXTENSION plans drawn up. There are two main reception areas with a conservatory and tanked cellar which is currently being used as an office. Further features include exposed wooden floors to most rooms and a refitted kitchen with quartz work surfaces. Central heating is provided by way of a mix of radiators on the first floor and thermal skirt heating to most of the ground floor areas. The gardens wrap around the property on all sides, and for something for those who enjoy al-fresco dining, a recently installed pizza oven takes pride of place to the side seating area.
