" A well proportioned detached four bedroom family house with brick and gabled elevations relieved by double glazed windows under a tiled roof. The house has been extended over the years to provide adaptable accommodation and of particular note on the first floor is the master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Although the house has been well maintained there is potential to improve and modernise the house in certain areas. The property benefits from a gas fired central heating system and sealed unit double glazed windows throughout.

Situation
Abbots Ride is an extremely popular and well established residential road on the southern outskirts of Farnham, and as a consequence is close to many miles of open countryside ideal for walking and riding. By the same token the house is ideally situated less than half a mile from highly regarded schools for age groups. Farnham offers a comprehensive range of shops, pubs and restaurants and leisure and cultural facilities as well as a main line station which provides a regular train service to Waterloo within the hour. There are good road links via the A31 linking the A331 link road to the M3 as well as the A3.
