This home has been owned by the present owner for almost 4 decades and enjoys being situated down a private no through cul-de-sac. Situation
Mount Pleasant is situated on the western fringes of Farnham and is under 0.25 of a mile from the centre of the town. The road is a popular cul-de-sac with a good mix of houses and is extremely convenient for the surrounding facilities. Farnham has an excellent range of shopping and leisure facilities, pubs, restaurants and a mainline station providing a regular train service to London Waterloo within the hour. There are local schools in Farnham for all age groups and a great deal of social, sporting and cultural activities to be enjoyed. The immediate surrounding area of Farnham boasts many miles of open countryside, much of it in the ownership of the National Trust and there is good walking and riding country at Alice Holt, Bourne Woods and Hankley Common. There are excellent road links via the A31 and A331 to the A3 and M3 which links the south coast to the M25 and London airports.
