" This is a charming three bedroom semi-detached family home, with generous front and rear gardens, set back off a country lane and located in a pretty, sought after village in the Surrey countryside.

On entering the house there is a hall with the stairs to the first floor directly ahead. To the right the well proportioned reception room has dual aspect windows and a feature fire with a log burning stove installed. The hall leads to the dining/family room, which again has views over the rear South facing garden and French doors opening onto the patio area. The kitchen has a range of wooden eye-level and base units with roll top work surfaces with the sink located beneath the window. Beyond the kitchen, through a stable door there is a well appointed utility room with additional work surfaces and a sink. A part glazed rear door opens onto the patio area. The family bathroom, is off the hall, with a white suite and walk in corner shower cubicle.

Climbing the stairs to the first floor there is a landing to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom with its en-suite shower, WC and basin, has dual aspect windows over looking the front and rear gardens.
