" An attractive wisteria clad semi-detached double fronted house, probably dating from 1950's, but more recently extended and imaginatively re-modelled. This is an excellent family home centred around the semi-open plan and attractively fitted kitchen/diner/living space with a range of built-in appliances and a separate triple aspect sitting room. All the main rooms enjoy views over the pretty garden to the woodland. The principal bedroom has an excellent range of built-in furniture, with a shower room en-suite and the guest room on the top floor has an adjacent cloakroom. There are pretty areas of formal gardens with rhododendrons and a personal gate leading into the woods, which in essence is a private Bluebell wood. In all the land extends to just over 3.5 acres.

Situation
Occupying a peaceful and favoured country location within a private unmade up no-through road, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, well within 1.75 mile from Milford Station with its large car park (Waterloo 50 mins). A series of footpaths/bridleways are literally 'on the door step', leading up on to some lovely countryside, including Hydon Heath, Busbridge Woods and Hydon's Ball. For those commuting by car Milford also provides access onto the A3 London/Portsmouth Road. Milford also provides excellent shopping amenities. Godalming is about 3 miles away with its attractive High Street and wide choice of shops, restaurants and cafes, together with Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets, with Guildford (Surrey's County Town), being about 6.5 miles away. A wide choice of schools are in the vicinity, including those in Busbridge, Godalming Sixth Form College and Rodborough in Milford.
