" This detached three bedroom home is presented to a very high standard and is on the market for the first time in 30 years. It has three bedrooms and a stylish first floor shower room. There is potential to convert the loft like so many have in the street as well as extend to the rear (subject to planning permission). A welcoming entrance hall leads to all living spaces which include a living room with fireplace, a dining room and the kitchen, there is a guest W.C. under the stairs as well as useful cupboards for storage and coats cupboard by the door. Situation
Set in an elevated position, the house is conveniently situated within 0.5 mile of the village with its supermarket, post office, pubs and popular cafes, as well as a mainline station (waterloo 40 mins).
