" An extremely attractive three bedroom Victorian semi-detached house with two separate reception rooms, 80' approx. south west facing rear garden and situated within a short walk of Farncombe mainline railway station. EPC rating E. NO ONWARD CHAIN.

SITUATION
The property is situated in an elevated position on Hare Lane, a popular residential road consisting of mainly similar character properties, ideally positioned within almost equidistance of Godalming High Street and Farncombe main line station, making it an ideal location for a commuting professional. Also within a short walk there are local shops for everyday essentials as well as being close to Godalming centre with its larger shops and major supermarkets. Godalming is a unique Saxon town over 1200 years old, with interesting old pubs, museum and churches. There is a wide variety of pubs and restaurants suiting all tastes and pockets, shops, many in buildings that are over 500 years old, as well as two superstores at the lower end of the town near the historic River Wey and the Wey Navigation Canal, the oldest in the world. The mainline station offers an excellent service to both London Waterloo and Portsmouth. The A3 provides links to London and the South Coast as well as the M25 to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

DESCRIPTION
The property is an extremely attractive three bedroom Victorian semi-detached house situated in an elevated position on Hare Lane, Godalming and offering scope to create off street parking to front, subject to the necessary consents being granted.
