" A fine detached, modern home with well-proportioned and elegantly presented accommodation in a popular no through road on the northern edge of town. Sitting in level gardens extending to about 0.2 of an acre in all, the property has well balanced living space on the ground floor including a lovely, double aspect sitting room with fireplace and arch to the adjacent dining room. There is a useful study and a generous, refitted kitchen breakfast room and linked conservatory off it as well as a utility room. Bedroom space is equally generous on the first floor and there are two modern bathrooms, including one ensuite to the master bedroom.

Situation
Within easy reach miles of the town centre, the property occupies a convenient location in this favoured area of Godalming within a private traffic free close. It is within easy reach of many Godalming schools including Charterhouse, Prior's Field and Aldro in Shackleford, whilst Godalming Sixth Form College is about 2 miles away. Nearby access onto the A3 is within 0.8 mile at Norney and there is a choice of mainline stations at Godalming & Farncombe (serving Waterloo from 42 minutes).
