" A detached house that dates back to the 1960's, which has been vastly improved, remodelled and extended by our clients, resulting in beautifully light and extremely well presented accomodation. The property is approached via a spacious and welcoming entrance hallway, with downstairs cloak/wet-room. A dual-aspect sitting room features a log burner and bi-folding doors which lead out onto a sun terrace complete with pretty clematis and rose-clad arbour. Primrose Ridge is located on high ground just to the south of Godalming town centre. Godalming Mainline station serves Waterloo in about 48 minutes. Milford also provides access onto the A3 London/Portsmouth Road and Rodborough School. Further schools are also in the immediate vicinity, including Godalming 6th Form college.
