" This charming two bedroom, Bargate stone character cottage has been renovated by the current owner and still has potential for an extension at the rear (STTP).

The house benefits from the vendor's investment in Everest wooden double glazing, in keeping with the age of the property.

At the front there is a porch, useful for keeping dirty shoes and boots out of the house. Coming through the front door there is a storage cupboard beneath the stairs for the usual household items. The sitting room has a log burner in the fireplace and a cupboard on the right hand side of the fireplace.
