Luxury living with this modern two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment which has it's own private patio is the order of the day in the sought after Baden Powell Court development and it's convenient access for Godalming station and the town centre.

Entry to the building is by a security phone system, on entering the communal hallway the lift is directly ahead with the stairs down to the apartment on the left.
This is one of the few purpose built apartment developments in Godalming with a lift.

On entering the flat there is a hall with cupboards on either side. The bathroom is on the right hand side with a contemporary white fitted suite comprising a panel enclosed bath, low-level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.

The reception room and kitchen are in an open plan format with the kitchen having fitted shaker style units and integrated appliances, with large ceramic tiles on the floor.
The reception room has under floor heating and attractive laminate wood flooring a coved ceiling with down lighters. There are double glazed double doors leading out on to a small patio area.
