" The Paddock is a much admired development constructed in the late 1980s which has matured over the years to create an environment perfect for young families looking for access to some of the best schools in the area. Number 6 is well positioned towards the far end of the development and enjoys a secluded and peaceful position. On the ground floor you are greeted by a spacious reception hall which incorporates a useful snug area and a refitted downstairs cloakroom. Throughout there have been numerous improvements, some quite subtle to include removal of the artex and re-plastering of the ceilings. The kitchen has been extended and refitted with a stunning range of bespoke maple base and eye level units with granite work surfaces and includes a built in Smeg five ring gas hob with extractor hood, oven and grill, fridge and Bosch dishwasher. Ceramic tiling to the floor extends through to the utility room which houses the central heating boiler and provides a good range of built in cupboards as well as additional appliance space. The sitting room is double aspect with doors out to the rear and a new stone fireplace creates a striking focal point. Completing downstairs is the study which is generously proportioned and comes with an extensive range of built in office furniture. Upstairs has four good size bedrooms with a superb refitted en suite bathroom to the master. The remaining bedrooms have the use of an equally impressive family bathroom and both have integrated power showers over the bath.
