" Charming and full of character is this 3 bedroom mid terrace Victorian property, retaining many original features associated with this period and offering spacious accommodation, suitable for young families or couples. From the front door you enter into the cosy Sitting Room which has a front aspect sash window and feature fireplace. A small hallway leads you past the door to the cellar/bonus room and through to the Dining Room with an original coal burner with brick fireplace, rear aspect sash window, original red tiled floor, door with stairs to first floor and archway through to the kitchen.

The kitchen has been updated by the present owners to offer a range of light coloured base and eye level units with built in gas hob, oven, sink and drainer, space and plumbing for a washing machine and fridge/freezer, side aspect window and door out to the garden. The first floor landing has doors to all rooms. Bedroom 2 is a front aspect double bedroom with sash window and built in storage, currently used as a child's bedroom but could easily take a double bed. Bedroom 3 is a good size single bedroom with a rear aspect sash window and 2 built in wardrobes.
