" An attractive red brick Victorian three-bedroom house with accommodation set out over three floors. The property is situated on a well located cul-de-sac extremely convenient and just off the High Street in central Godalming. The property is believed to have been built around 1877 and is traditionally constructed with an adaptable layout and a wealth of charm and character internally. The property has been well-loved and offers excellent potential for personalisation by the incoming purchaser. Improvements to the home by the vendor include rewiring in 2007, a new boiler in 2017 and the installation of a garden office.
