" With plenty of character, yet modernised and finished to a high standard, this Victorian town house provides flexible accommodation primarily over two floors, and also includes a home office or third reception room in the basement.
From the entrance hall are two reception rooms, the living room has an open fireplace and lovely sash windows with venetian style shutters.
The dining room with original painted floor boards leads to the kitchen, utility space and a downstairs bathroom. A stable door provides access to the south facing garden.
The kitchen has been refurbished and is complemented by quartz worktops and splash backs as well as an integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, wine rack and pan draws.
Upstairs, and of particular note is the family bathroom which is a luxurious space including a free-standing roll top bath and separate walk-in shower. There are two double bedrooms off the landing with the master bedroom enjoying a make-up/dressing area, as well as large sash window and feature fireplace.

The immediate surrounding area boasts miles of open countryside, woodland and riverside walks.
