" Orecombe comprises a well presented detached dormer style bungalow offering adaptable accommodation. The sitting room overlooks the front garden and has an open fireplace with log burning stove set against a tiled hearth and surround. The kitchen has been refitted with a range of oak cupboards and drawer units with spaces for appliances and the bathroom has also been refitted and includes a shaped bath with shower over. The conservatory/utility room to the rear has a ceramic tiled floor with underfloor heating, a range of fitted units and a door giving access to the rear garden. The main bedroom with a range of fitted wardrobes is on the ground floor and the ground floor accommodation is completed by bedroom 3/study. Bedroom 2 and a cloakroom are on the first floor. The property features double glazed windows and a modern oil fired heating which is supplemented by solar panels.

From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Proceed over the next two roundabouts and after a further mile turn right along the B2133towards Loxwood. Having reached Loxwood, after approximately 4.5 miles, proceed through the village remaining of the B2133 and, upon reaching Alfold, proceed through the village and Orecombe will be found at the far end on the right hand side on the corner of Chiltern Close.
