" The owners have lived here for nearly 41 years and we believe there can be no better testament to any house or location than continuous ownership. We understand that as soon as they walked in, they knew it was the home for them, being tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac yet with superb rural views over meadows to the rear beyond the southerly facing garden. The spacious and well presented accommodation has been enlarged over the years and now offers 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are generous doubles, with the master benefiting from an en-suite shower room, the remaining 4 having use of a very good sized bathroom. Downstairs, the bright and airy accommodation continues with the lounge opening to a large dining/family room, divided into 2 distinct areas and having a delightful outlook over fields to the rear, a view shared by the double glazed conservatory opening to the landscaped rear terrace and garden. The substantial kitchen is ideal for a family, being extensively fitted with units including a peninsular breakfast bar. Benefiting from gas fired central heating and double glazing, the owners tell us it's the warmest house they have ever been in! Outside, there is plenty of off-street parking leading to the integral double garage, currently partially divided into a workshop and storage area but easily converted back if preferred. Being within a mile of the village with its comprehensive facilities, the location is ideal and offers easy access to excellent schools.

What the Owner says:

We bought the house when it was brand new and have really enjoyed living here. We moved from Chiddingfold and were looking for something with a rural outlook which we could not find anywhere else so close to Cranleigh village. Over the years we have extended the house as our family expanded but, as our children have all now fled the nest, it's time for us to find something a little smaller. We will really miss living here as it's so quiet and our neighbours are all so helpful and friendly which we're sure the new owners will appreciate.
