As first time buyers, the idea of getting a brand new home was a dream that came true, particularly because, as a shared ownership home, it was far better than we could have afforded elsewhere. What we have enjoyed is the space the house offers with all the rooms being a good size and, being a modern home, it has been really easy to run and maintain. As everyone moved into Roberts Way as new home owners, it immediately created a new community and everyone is really friendly.
