" Being only a few years old, you would expect the property to be in good condition, and it is. The owners have really planned it well and it is presented in very good order throughout. The kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of units and the bathroom has a contemporary white suite. The cosy living room overlooks the southerly facing rear garden which can be accessed through double French doors onto a secluded patio area, ideal for catching the sun later in the day. A great focal point for the room is a feature exposed brick fireplace and chimney breast that contains a cast iron burner. Further benefits include double glazing throughout and gas-fired central heating. When building the property, the owners went a stage further than most by strengthening the roof timbers to allow for a loft conversion in the future, subject to the usual conditions. Outside, the property is approached through timber entrance gates leading onto a gravelled driveway allowing off-street parking for 3/4 cars. Planning permission also exists for a garage to be built but the owners never felt the need.
Situated within a few hundred yards of Cranleigh Golf and Leisure Club with its comprehensive facilities, and within a mile of Cranleigh village centre with shops and amenities, the bungalow will appeal to someone downsizing and looking for a low maintenance, convenient, single storey home - well worth a look!

What the Owner says:

We built Springcroft almost three years ago as we fancied creating something specific to our needs. We found the plot in an ideal location between the village and the lovely countryside walks just up the road in the picturesque Surrey hills. It's a really comfortable home and easy to look after and, although we are moving on quite quickly to get closer to the coast, we will miss our home. Although we can't bring it with us, we may well build it again!
