" This nicely presented two bedroom bungalow has a great open plan style layout to the majority of the ground floor. There is a central hallway with all rooms leading off. The large living room has a fireplace and opens into the kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is a real feature of the property. Recently refitted with a full range of appliances including ceramic hob, double fan oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This room is particularly spacious and there is a plenty of space for dining furniture. Double patio doors lead out to the rear garden.

Both bedrooms are doubles with fitted wardrobes. The recently re fitted bathroom includes bath, with shower over, WC and handbasin.

There are wood floors through most of the property, tiling in the kitchen and bathroom and carpets in the bedrooms.

The rear garden is a very good size and bordered by mature trees making the area particularly secluded.
