" This attractive 1950's detached property is approached by a covered entrance lobby with an oak front door opening into the attractive entrance hall with a cloakroom, timber flooring and a turning staircase leading to the first floor. The L-shaped living room enjoys a dual aspect together with an open fireplace; a door leads to the dining room, with timber flooring and glazed doors to a sunroom with doors to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of units, a number of built-in appliances, a pantry and a rear lobby which has a door to the garden and a generous sized utility room.
