" The house has recently been the subject of some refurbishment including internal redecoration and new flooring throughout.

Entering the property there is a good size hallway leading to all ground floor rooms as well as a door accessing the integral garage. The kitchen is spacious and fully fitted including electric fan oven, gas hob, and integrated fridge and dishwasher. There is an area where a small table and chairs could be placed.

The living room is accessible from the kitchen and the hallway. Offering plenty of furnishing options the room has a decorative fireplace, and is double aspect with patio doors opening out onto the rear garden. There is a downstairs WC, newly fitted with a white suite and tiled floor.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a double and a single built in wardrobe. There is also an ensuite with walk in shower enclosure and power shower.
