" This 3 bedroom semi detached property offers spacious accommodation and is within walking distance of All Saints Infants School and Tavistock Juniors with Calthorpe Park Secondary School.

There is a large living room, with an open fire, leading into a conservatory giving the property excellent living space. The kitchen breakfast room would suit a busy family. The kitchen area is fitted with plenty of storage and a full range of appliances including oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample space for a dining table and chairs and access to the garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Throughout the ground floor there is good quality wood flooring with the exception of the kitchen and cloakroom which are tiled.
