This four-bedroom detached property, which is ideally located for Fleet town centre and Fleet mainline railway station, is offered to the market with no onward chain.  The property is in need of some updating and has accommodation over two floors.  

The ground floor includes an entrance porchway, hallway and cloakroom.  There is a double aspect living room which is approaching 18 ft. long with fireplace and French style door opening onto the garden.  A rear aspect dining room leads off the living room with a door into the kitchen.  The kitchen, which can also be accessed off the hallway, has a selection of eye and base level units plus a courtesy door to the side of the property.  

To the first floor are the four bedrooms and bathroom with separate cloakroom.

The property is approached via a driveway leading to a double garage and there is also an area of garden to the front.  A gate gives access to the level rear garden which is enclosed with fencing and is laid with a mixture of lawn, shrubs and seating area immediately to rear the property.
