This beautifully presented and charming two double bedroom Victorian property which is situated in Fleet town centre has been completely refurbished by the current owners.

On the ground floor is a living room with front aspect window and door to the dining room which has a side aspect window and stairs to the first floor.  The kitchen has been fitted in a contemporary style with base and wall mounted white gloss units and includes integrated oven, hob and extractor fan.  There is a side aspect door and window in the kitchen.  The good size bathroom has a re-fitted white suite and plumbing for a washing machine.

To the first floor are the two double bedrooms with fitted cupboard in bedroom two.  There is also a part boarded loft for storage.  

Side access leads to the enclosed southerly aspect rear garden which is laid with an area of patio, lawn and gravel.  

Fleet has excellent commuter links by both rail and road. There are regular trains to London Waterloo taking around 43 minutes and the town is located off Junction 4a of the M3 motorway which links to the M25.
