" Located within easy reach of Fleet town centre, this 3 bedroom link detached house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard.

The living room has an attractive bay window, a fireplace with electric fire and double glazed doors leading into the family/dining room, which has patio doors leading out to the garden.

There is a smart refitted kitchen which has plenty of storage and a full range of appliances including electric fan oven, ceramic hob, integrated tall fridge/freezer and a washer dryer. A door from the kitchen leads out to the rear garden. Tucked under the stairs is a cloakroom with WC and handbasin - all newly fitted.

Up on the first floor the master bedroom is a large double room with built in double wardrobe and ensuite. The ensuite is fitted with a large walk in shower, WC and handbasin.
