" The bungalow is located in Avondale Road, Fleet and is within walking distance of Fleet mainline station.

The property has a large hallway which leads into most of the rooms. The living/dining room is L shaped, with a fireplace. This room is double aspect with French doors leading out to the rear garden. The fully fitted kitchen is accessed off the living room. The modern kitchen is fitted with a range of units, Zanussi fan oven, ceramic hob, fridge and separate freezer. There is a large pantry with plumbing for a washing machine. With a picture window overlooking the rear garden and glazed door leading out to the garden, this room is really light and airy.

The master bedroom is double aspect and is a good size with a double built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a double too with a built in wardrobe. Off the hallway is a fully tiled bathroom with white bath, power shower over and folding shower screen, and a handbasin. There is a separate WC.
