Ibsley Cottage having been built in 1903 has been under the same ownership for the past 31 years and retains many of its original character features including sash windows and fireplaces. In addition many improvements have been sympathetically carried out. There is the option and potential to extend in time subject to the necessary planning permission.

Fleet mainline station is approx. 580 yards away and at the end of the road there is the Fleet Pond SSSI Nature Reserve. The Fleet area is renowned for its excellent schools for all age groups both public and private. Also several churches of varying denominations. Fleet railway station to Waterloo is a 43 minutes journey and both M3 and M4 motorways are easily accessible from this location. Fleet is nicely located as towns such as Basingstoke, Guildford and Reading are all within a 20 mile radius, whilst the historic market town of Farnham and picturesque villages of Hartley Witney and Odiham are a short drive away.
