The kitchen is fitted with a range of storage cupboards, built-in oven and grill, gas hob with extractor, integrated dishwasher and space for table and chairs. A door opens to the utility room with space for further appliances, door to the cloakroom and door to the garden. To the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with a fireplace and the other with a range of fitted wardrobes, and the family bathroom with bath, separate power shower, wc, bidet and washbasin. On the top floor is a further double bedroom with two eaves storage cupboards and an outlook to Chinthurst Hill. "
