" The property is accessed via the side door which leads into a large dining room with laminate wood flooring and a fireplace. The room is neutrally decorated and leads through to front aspect living room. The living room is lovely and bright and again has laminate flooring and a brick built fireplace. There is then an under-stairs cupboard. The kitchen has a range of wooden units with darker work surfaces with an built-in electric oven. There is additional room for a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is then a down stairs bathroom, which is again spacious. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes. Either could be used as the master bedroom as both are spacious.

N.B - The house could be extended to the rear subject to all of the usual planning consents, therefore enabling you to move the bathroom upstairs if need be. There is a possibility of extending into the loft also (stpp). "
