" 'Deepend Cottage' is a lovely semi-detached Victorian cottage, which has spacious accommodation and has been updated to provide an excellent home and there is a lovely rear garden. The property is accessed from the side and the front door leads through to the entrance hall and features wooden flooring, which continues throughout the majority of the ground floor. The lovely front aspect living room with a bay window has an attractive cast iron feature fireplace and shelved alcoves. The dining room has an under stair cupboard, wooden flooring and is open plan to the kitchen, which is in the extended part of the property. There is a range of white gloss units with wood laminate worktop and stone tiled splash back, space and plumbing for all the usual appliances, wooden flooring, roof light and a lounge area with doors opening directly to the paved patio and rear garden.
