" There is a small hallway when entering the house, a useful area for coats etc. The living room, is very spacious with stairs to the first floor, a fireplace with coal effect gas fire, and door leading into the kitchen.

There is a large kitchen breakfast room, fully fitted with a range of units plus double oven, gas hob and new fridge freezer. There is ample space for a large table and chairs - a great space for sociable family living. There are double patio doors leading out to the rear garden - these make the kitchen breakfast room particulary light and airy.

The property has three bedrooms, two of which are good size doubles and there is a refitted family bathroom with white suite of bath, shower over bath with screen, WC and handbasin.
